All practices are available online — right on your phone. No need to download anything: just follow the link, select your condition, and dance.

8 video exercises, 15–20 minutes each

Each of them is a separate state and a response to it through movement. Fatigue, anxiety, apathy, anger, lack of energy, or, conversely, the need for self-expression, warmth, and stability.

Format

Video + audio navigation of my voice so that you are not alone and have gentle support in the moment. You dance at a pace that is comfortable for you, without rules or evaluations. Just you, your space, and your movement.

It's suitable even if you've never danced before.

There is no “right” or “wrong” here — there is only your body, your condition, and my gentle guidance.
